HOME HEALTH
About 15% of the population suffer an injury where the injury is severe enough to limit their usual activities. Home assessments and treatment are available to identify your needs and keep you safe and independent at home.

Injuries and diseases can be debilitating as they can affect your physical, cognitive, and mental health and function. Occupational Therapists are uniquely qualified to help you achieve success in all of these areas.
